Description:
Adobe’s online conversion tool will convert to text any Adobe PDF files that are in English and most West European languages. If the Adobe PDF file is on local media, such as a hard drive, CD-ROM, or internal server, it can be submitted as an attachment to an e-mail message. All converted Adobe PDF documents will be sent back to the sender as MIME attachments. For plain text, users can e-mail the attached PDF to pdf2txt@adobe.com. For HTML, mail the attached PDF to pdf2html@adobe.com.

Description:
The C-Pen is a portable scanner with built-in optical character recognition (OCR) software. To use it, the user has to grip the C-Pen and glide it over the text that is to be scanned. The text is then transferred to Microsoft Word to be edited or saved. It is possible to download add-ons (some are free while others have to be bought) to add new features to the C-Pen such as a dictionary, translator, or text-to-speech. If your computer is bluetooth enabled then you don't need the USB cable to scan.
